Do you replace our existing IT team or provider?
Not usually. We often work alongside in-house teams and managed service providers, providing strategy, vendor management and oversight. Where a change of provider makes sense, we'll help you run a fair process.
What is a fractional IT director?
A senior IT leader who works with you part-time — for example a few days a month — setting strategy, managing suppliers and budgets and reporting to the board, without the cost of a full-time executive.
Can you work across the UK?
Yes. We're based in Monmouth and work remotely across the UK, travelling to sites where it adds value.
