Microsoft 365 Copilot
Copilot that actually gets used.
Copilot can draft your emails, summarise meetings and analyse spreadsheets — but only if your Microsoft 365 is ready for it and your people know how to use it. We handle both.

Why Copilot rollouts stall
Microsoft 365 Copilot works inside the apps your team already uses — Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams — and draws on your emails, files, chats and meetings to help. That's what makes it powerful. It's also what makes it risky if your setup isn't ready.
Copilot respects existing permissions. If files have been shared too widely over the years, Copilot can surface them to people who were never meant to see them. And without training, most users try it a handful of times, get a mediocre answer, and give up.
Our Copilot rollout covers
- Readiness check — licences, security settings, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams permissions
- Clean-up — fixing oversharing, tidying sites, applying sensitivity labels where needed
- Pilot — a small group, real tasks, measured before-and-after
- Training — role-specific prompting workshops so people see value in week one
- Adoption — prompt libraries, champions and check-ins so usage sticks
Not sure you need the paid licence yet? Many Microsoft 365 business users can start with Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, which offers web-grounded AI chat with enterprise data protection. We'll help you decide when upgrading makes sense.

FAQ
Questions we get asked
What's the difference between Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Copilot Chat is AI chat, primarily grounded in the web, with enterprise data protection for work accounts. The paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence adds deep integration with your emails, files, meetings and chats inside the Microsoft 365 apps. Microsoft changes packaging regularly, so we'll confirm what applies to your plan.
Do all staff need a Copilot licence?
Rarely at first. We usually recommend licensing a pilot group, measuring the results and then expanding to the roles that benefit most.
Is our data used to train Microsoft's models?
Microsoft states that prompts and responses in Microsoft 365 Copilot are not used to train its foundation models, and that data stays within the Microsoft 365 service boundary. We'll walk you through the details for your setup.
We use Google Workspace. Can you help?
Yes — Gemini is built into Google Workspace business plans, and the same principles apply: clean up sharing, set a policy, train people. See our AI training page.
